Refer a Candidate, Get $500
All active consultants of Veridic Solutions are encouraged to refer qualified candidates for open positions listed on our careers page or for candidates in Software Development, Cloud, AI, Cybersecurity, DevOps, and Data Engineering whether there is an open position or not as these are high demand skill sets. If your referral is hired, you’ll be eligible to receive a referral bonus of up to $500. A $500 bonus is paid after the referred candidate completes 90 days of continuous and successful employment.

To qualify for the referral bonus, please ensure the following:
The referred candidate must be either a new hire or a re-hire who has been away from Veridic Solutions for at least 45 days.
The referring consultant must not be involved in the hiring or selection process for the candidate.
A direct introduction should be made, and the referring employee is encouraged to stay engaged throughout the hiring journey, supporting the referred candidate’s understanding of our culture and expectations.
Referrals must be submitted within a 6-month window. Referring consultant will only receive credit if the referred consultant starts within 6 months of the initial referral.
We encourage referrals in high-demand technical areas such as Cloud, AI, Software Development, Cybersecurity, and other emerging technologies —even if there are no current open positions listed for those skills.
Employees who are serving notice or offboarding are not eligible for referral rewards.

Visit Find a Job to review current openings. We accept referrals at any time for IT consultants in the following areas: Software Development, Cloud, AI, Cybersecurity, DevOps, and Data Engineering.

Get Your Bonus
Once your referral is successfully hired and completes 90 days, we’ll reach out to you to confirm —and your referral bonus will be processed!
